Step 1:

- Log into MY.UNM.EDU

- click on the "calendar" icon

- image samples created using Safari on a g5 Mac

Step 2:

- select the Calendars Tab

- select the "subscribe" icon

Step 3:

- enter "pmag" in the search text box

- click on the "Search" button

- you should get these calendars.

- click on the "Apply"

- click on the "OK"

Step 4:

- in the SCT Calendar Windo, Select the "View" Tab

- Pick the calendar of interest in the "Current Calendar" Menu

Step 5:

- Select an event to modify or create a new event.

- the example to the right is a new event to book sample gear. Note specific information is required.

- For the lab schedule, events for each shift has been created. Open the event and add you initials after the the shift name
